What are the care instructions for your products?

As our products are a fine natural fibre, they can shrink if you are too rough with washing. So we recommend a cool hand wash and line dry. They are also dry cleanable.

Are you going to expand your range?

Being a small and growing business we don't currently have a large range, however with your support we hope to continually grow our range and add exciting new items.

Is all the fibre grown on your farms?

From time to time we may need to buy some yarn in to keep items on our shelves. We only shear our sheep every 6 to 8 months and processing is a lengthy process. If you would like to know exactly which current products are made from our own Merino please contact us at sales@modernmerino.com.au

Rest assured any yarn we buy is to the same fineness and quality as what we produce ourselves.

ORDER

Do you accept phone orders?

We are online only however if you email us on sales@modernmerino.com.au one of our friendly staff can help you place an order and answer any questions you have.

Can I modify my order?

If you would like to modify your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible by emailing sales@modernmerino.com.au with your name and order number and we will be happy to help. Please note that if your order has already shipped we will not be able to modify it.

Is my payment information secure?

We only use secure 3rd party methods of payment such as shopify payments and paypal as your personal privacy is important to us. Refer to our privacy policy for more information.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

How quickly do you ship?

We endeaver to dispatch your items from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. However we cannot guarantee delivery times, particularly during busy periods. As soon as your package is dispatched you will receive a tracking number so can see your parcels progress.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes! we ship anywhere that Australia Post can deliver to, please see Australia Posts website here for more info as to where we can ship to. Please make sure to check your countries customs requirements to make sure you can import wool products. If your country isn't available at checkout please contact us and we would be happy to help.

What if my order is incorrect, or I just want to return it?

In any case please contact us as soon as possible on sales@modernmerino.com.au and we will be more than happy to help you out. You can find our returns policy here
