Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note the processing time is in addition to the expected shipping time.

Once shipped you will be provided a tracking number and can track your order here.

If there are any current delays to processing this will be displayed clearly on the website and the new advertised processing times will replace the 1 to 4 day processing time.

International Shipping

For our international customers, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For current international delivery times please visit the Australia Post website by clicking here. Please note that services to some countries have been suspended as they are not receiving deliveries do to Covid 19.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Modern Merino is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If any shipments are rejected by customs in your country and returned to Modern Merino, your order will be fully refunded minus the shipping costs.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order after the estimated processing and delivery time, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We use Australia Post for all our orders so shipping to P.O. boxes is no problem at all!

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible (within 7 days of receiving your order) at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
